How will AWR (Agency Workers Regulations) affect me?Open or Close
Fusion Resources operate a ‘Contract of Services’ this means after 12 weeks you may be entitled to a pay increase and change in benefits to that of a new starter with the company. This will be informed of at the start of the assignment.

What will I get Paid and How?Open or Close
Each job is different with different benefits. You will be informed of your pay, hours and benefits at the start of the assignment. This is called a ‘Statement of Particulars’. This will also include details of the AWR pay /benefits after working 12 weeks. We pay a week in arrears via BAC’s transfer each Friday.

Fusion Resources deals with the following sectors: Food Manufacturing, Technical and Industrial, Engineering, Commercial and Executive, Agriculture, Hospitality and Skilled Trades.

If I register with Fusion can I register with other Agencies also?Open or Close
You are able to register with as many agencies as you wish.

I have been asked in to Register, What do I need to bring with me?Open or Close
To register with Fusion Resources Ltd you must have the following documents; a full Birth Certificate or valid Passport or ID Card. Proof of your National Insurance number such as an old wage slip or P45 and bank details under your name. Please also bring with you names of contactable work references.

How do I register with Fusion Resources Ltd?Open or Close
We interview and register candidates for specific roles, so if you see a job you believe you have the right experience for etc. please apply via telephone to leave your contact details and experience/background or email your up to date CV to enquiries@
fusion-resources.co.uk. A consultant will then contact you for further information required. Should you be suitable for that role and you believe it be suitable for you we will invite you in to register and interview.

We provide bespoke solutions to our clients and therefore provide not only Permanent and Temporary Contracts but also Temp to Perm Contracts (Free after 12 weeks) and Fixed Term contracts.

Application Form
• Work history past 10 years of employment or last 5 jobs (where applicable)
• Copies of Relevant Qualifications/Certificates.
• Option to highlight any health issues or disability relevant which may make it difficult to carry out the functions in the role applied.

The option to sign the 48 hours opt out agreement. To enable staff to do over the 48 hour WTR we supply staff who are able to work over 48 hours per week should it be required.References
We request at interview two contactable references be given. One must be obtained before commencing work.Identification

All of our staff are employed on a 'Contract of Services'. We choose to use this contract over the 'Swedish Derogation Model' as our role is to find the best person for the job based on Experience, Qualification's, personality etc not because of monitory reasons from our business. Alternatively if our Client would like us to operate on the Swedish Derogation Model this option is not an issue and can be adopted for all staff.Statement of Particulars

What employee testing do you provide?Open or Close
Literacy Test
All of our candidates have a face to face interview with a recruitment consultant where their English levels are assessed. They are also required to fill in the application form by themselves.
Our Literacy test is also used to help us understand whether the candidate can do certain jobs where this is a requirement. This Literacy test can be tailored to each individual client.Numeracy Test
We conduct a Numeracy Test to help us evaluate the candidates understanding of basic maths (including different measurements).
This Numeracy test can be tailored to each individual client.Dexterity Test
To help us determine the capability of potential employees to perform industrial tasks, we use the Purdue Pegboard Dexterity Test. This is a common test to evaluate people for applying for such jobs as production and assembly, maintenence, and machine operation. This test measures two elements of dexterity; movements in the arms, hands, and fingers and also more precise fingertip dexterity movements involved in performing assembly tasks.These are just the standard tests we complete however we have many others if required to test abilities such as IT Skills, Use of specific Software packages and 'Food Hygiene' to mention a few.
