We are seeking a Receptionist to join our Clients team in providing administrative support and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should be proficient in office tasks and possess strong organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain office files and records in an organised manner
- Utilise computerised systems for scheduling appointments and managing information
- Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Google Suite for office tasks
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Experience in data entry and clerical work
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with computerised systems for office management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
This is a permanent position
15 mins from Whitby so MUST have own transport
Hours:
Working 5 days a week full time - WILL include weekends during the summer months with 2 days of during the week
