- Description
Purpose of the job:
- To ensure the smooth operation of production systems within a specified area ensuring quality and delivery standards are achieved.
Assignment:
- Product quality testing following defined process
- Actively participate in problem solving and improvement activities
- Follow both downtime and scrap escalation procedures
- Loading and unloading of trailers.
- Preparation and movement of customer packaging and finished product
- Labelling of finished product to customer standards
- Completion of production related documentation and visual management
- Maintaining the highest housekeeping standards
Rate of pay is £12.00an hour – combination of 12 hour day and night shifts working 10 shifts in a 3 week rota
8am - 8pm and 8pm till 8am
Some weekend overtime available – Saturdays at 1.2 X hourly rate and Sundays at 1.6 X hourly rate
