Operations Manager
The Job Fusion Resources are currently looking for an Assistant Operations Manager for one of our reputable clients in the outskirts of York area!

The key responsibilities for the role are:
- Coordinating the daily activities and operations of the teams
- Ensuring maximum efficiency of the teams
- Managing work/project progression and status, through to completion and commission.
- Working alongside the Operations Manager, supporting and developing talent throughout the teams in 121s settings and training, providing feedback for future career progression within the business.
- Ensuring people resources are effectively planned and managed – holiday approvals and absence management plans in place.
- Providing support to the Technical Manager, assisting with faults and call outs.
- Collaborating with the site team to ensure site preparations are complete.
- Ensuring accurate information is provided for the commissioning paperwork.
- Developing further knowledge of construction, building fabric and renewable technology.
- Managing and overseeing stock ordering and delivery processes, being able to forecast stock levels in the ordering process.
- Collaborating closely with sales to ensure that the installation information is accurate.
- Liaising with the finance team to ensure that accurate information is provided.
Experience require for the role:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a leadership capacity, accountant management and planning.
- 3+ years of experience within a Electrical/Plumbing discipline
- Senior engineering or coaching experience, able to demonstrate technical experience within Electrical or plumbing/Gas
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office 365 packages and online interactive portals.
- Experience of using HubSpot, ODOO & Xero
- Experience of working in stock management
- Desirable qualifications in Electrics and plumbing.
