We are currently recruiting for a Shift Manager to join a leading food production client based in Hull
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and develop a long-term career.
The Role
- Delivering the production plan efficiently, taking lead in progressing cost reduction and quality improvements.
- Liaising with the planning department to ensure maximum efficiencies and resolution issues
- Support Head of Operations with development and implementation of department projects and initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement and manage performance through KPI
- Hold review meetings
- Build relationships with wider management team
- Ensure all training is completed, and all team are competent
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience as Management within factory settings
- Experience managing production, and ensuring production plan is delivered
- Experience with food safety, hygiene and health, safety & environmental standards
- IT Literate
Hours/Pay
- Monday to Friday, rotating shifts 6am to 2pm/2pm to 10pm
- Starting from 35k
