Compliance Officer (up to 30k)

Fusion Resources are looking for a experience Compliance Coordinator, for one of our established clients in the Pickering area. 

You will be involved in the oversight and implementation the adoption of compliant activity. You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive and inclusive environment with excellent training and development. 

The pay is dependant on experience, up to £30,000 per annum. The role has other fantastic benefits, and the offer of hybrid working for the right individual. 

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, monitor and implement the company's compliance policies, procedures, ensuring they are following relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. 
• Provide support and advice on compliance risk and regulations 
• Coordinator and develop training of employees on compliance regulations and the impact of non-compliance
• Develop company's communication on issues
• Risk reporting
• Working closely with the other departments ensuring they are following compliance laws and regulations
• Maintaining relations
• Monthly KPI reporting

Who are we looking for? 

The successful candidate will have the following;

• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience working in a compliance function
• Basic computer and literacy & numeracy skills
• Experience and ability in building and maintaining relations with internal and external stake holders
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
