Andreea G joined the Fusion team in March 2022 as an Account Manager on the Industrial team.
In 2019, Andreea graduated from university with a Bachelor's in Communication Sciences, she is bilingual in English, Romanian as well as Spanish. With more than 2 years' experience in customer service/hospitality Andreea is passionate about always exceeding expectations.
Her excellent communication skills in English as well as in Romanian allows her to help many of our candidates to find the best roles in the Industrial field.
Tanya
After graduating 'Human Resource Management (BA hons) at Leeds University in 1998, Tanya joined the largest recruitment agency in Europe and quickly became their highest achieving recruiter within the company. Staying with the same employment business, until her decision to relocate back to her hometown, on the coast in Scarborough.
In 2003, Tanya opened her own business 'Fusion Resources' a decision, which was a natural step, which she has never looked back from, thus adopting her high standards and ethics. Fusion Resources has since grown from strength to strength, year on year and proudly supplies Global, National and SEM’s across all of Yorkshire, Humberside and Durham Areas.
With our National and Global Clients in addition our Talent Acquisition Team provides a service that supplies Permanent Recruitment on a Nationwide basis.

Andreea joined the Fusion Team as 'Senior Consultant' in January 2022, in our fast paced Industrial team, where two days are never the same, dealing with temporary and permanent recruitment. Andreea has 9 years of Recruitment agency-based experience and is extremely knowledgeable, organised, and passionate about the recruitment cycle.
Andreea prides herself on building strong relationships, built on solid foundations, with both candidates and clients and will always endeavour to provide a great customer service experience. Andreea is bi-lingual in both English and Romanian.
Jessika
Jessika our Talent Consultant works within the busy industrial team, working on temporary and permanent recruitment.
Jessika's role is varied working onsite, recruiting and matching candidates to the right role.
Teigan
Teigan our 'Payroll and Compliance Assistant' leads on compliance and heads our busy weekly payroll, undertaking audits and tasks for the directors within accounts. Teigan journey within the business continues to grow owing to her strong work ethic.
Cher
Cher joined the business in 2006, following a career in Sales Management, initially as an Industrial Recruiter, building the Fusion portfolio. Cher's friendly approach, high-level customer service skills and efficiency has seen the business grow to where we are today.
As a Board Member Cher is instrumental in driving the business forward and managing the Fusion Team
2024 is set for new plans, exciting growth for our fabulous team, as we approach our 21st year!
Beata
Beata joined the Fusion team in 2011 after initially working for us on a temporary assignment. Beata is the first point of contact at our Head office, deals with our recruitment administration, assists with registrations ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and meets compliance amongst her busy role.
